How Much Should I Tip 4 Movers For Moving My Stuff Into A New Townhouse?

I am starting the painful task of moving from the only home I ever lived in to a townhouse starting tomorrow and ending Wednesday. I have heard that I have to buy the movers pizza for both days as well as tip them. How much should I tip each mover-if at all? And is pizza going overboard?

The tip is something you should do only if you feel they've done a good job for you, now most movers own the trucks and actually run their own companies so most would just be happy with the moving business you gave them. However if they're working for a moving company many times they'll be grateful for the tip. As in most places if you do decide to tip your movers, the customary tip for a service performed is between 5%-10% depending on the service performed, if the move was $10,000. I don't believe many would be expecting a tip of $1,000. Those are just my thoughts on tipping movers. Any other ideas or thoughts are welcome.
